Omni CRA’s “Uni Tower” project is the third building by NR Investments in the Omni Neighborhood—their first building with 100% Below Market rents.

Uni Tower uses Tx Increment Financing and a grant from the CRA totalling $14 Million to take advantage of the new federal Opportunity Zone Program and attract private investment and leverage public funds in the neighborhood. It will have 252 affordable and workforce units, office space, and ground floor retail.
