A collaboration with Magellan Housing and the Miami Heat’s Udonis Haslem, Wynwood Works will be the first large mixed-income, mixed-use housing project in the Wynwood Arts District.

With Mural curated by the Bakehouse, artist lofts curated by the Miami Light Project, retail, and units for a wide range of incomes—from transitional homeless all the way to Workforce, this building will keep world-renowned art thriving in the Wynwood neighborhood. The Omni CRA contributed the land as well as a grant of $9,900,000 for a 50 year covenant and a share in the retail rents.
