PUBLIC NOTICE UPDATE – HISTORIC CITIZENS BANK BUILDING SOLICITATION DEADLINE EXTENDED

 

The Omni Redevelopment District Community Redevelopment Agency (“Omni CRA”) has extended the solicitation period for the redevelopment and purchase of the Historic Citizens Bank Building for an additional period in accordance with Chapter 163, Part III, Florida Statutes.

All previously submitted proposals received prior to the original May 15, 2026, deadline shall remain unopened until after the revised submission period has expired.

Proposers who previously submitted a proposal may take advantage of the new deadline by submitting a revised proposal labeled “Proposal 2.” Any resubmitted proposal labeled “Proposal 2” shall be treated as the proposer’s only response to the solicitation.

NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF PROPERTY BY THE OMNI REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE HISTORIC CITIZENS BANK BUILDING – APPROXIMATELY 13,956 SQUARE FEET IDENTIFIED BY FOLIO: 01-3136-009-0220 LOCATED AT 1367 NORTH MIAMI AVE., MIAMI, FL 33136

   • Ground Floor: +/- 8,964 sq. ft.
   • Second Floor: +/- 4,992 sq. ft.
   • Courtyard: +/- 958 sq. ft.
